Cheryl's Asian Noodles

Serve as a side dish. Can also add steak, shrimp or chicken.

1 T Light Shoyu
1 tsp vinegar
Pinch sugar
Pinch Kosher salt
1/4-1/2 tsp chili oil
2 T minced garlic
2 T vegetable oil
Chopped green onions
1 lb dry noodles – cooked

In a small bowl, combine shoyu, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, chili oil.  Boil Chinese noodles until cooked. Drain and rinse. In large pan, cook minced garlic in oil until soft. Add cooked noodles and stir. Add shoyu/chili mixture. Toss until noodles are coated. Add chopped green onions.
