Dad's Lemon Chicken

Auntie Karen's dad's fave!

12 chicken thighs with skin
Mayonnaise
Juice from about 3 lemons
S and P
– Debone thighs but keep skin on. S&P chicken
– In a gallon freezer bag or container that holds chicken, add enough mayo to nicely coat the chicken
– Add lemon juice and S and P to taste and mix together
– Add chicken and refrigerate for 4-6 hours
– Remove and either grill or broil. S&P to taste. Remove skin prior to eating if desired.from
