1 fryer (about 8 pieces) 1/2 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 T minced garlic 2 T Aloha shoyu All purpose flour 3 cups frying oil
Marinate chicken with garlic powder, garlic, shoyu, salt & pepper for at least 45 min. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour and fry. Drain on paper towel.
