This is the best homemade horseradish. I put more like 3/4 - 1 cup of fresh horseradish in sauce. I found the recipe in Food and Wine years ago and have shared it with many. ~ Donna
2 C. creme fraiche (16 oz) 1/2 C grated peeled fresh horseradish 1 T. Champagne vinegar 1 T. minced chives 1 T. minced scallion 1 t. salt 1 t. cracked pepper 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
