Tammy's Mexican Chicken One of Ryan's favorites Boneless chicken (breast or thigh)Stewed tomatoes (crush lightly)Packet of taco seasoningCan of green chiles dicedCheeseSweet onion Slightly pound chicken flat for even frying. Season with salt and pepper.Fry chicken.In bowl combine stewed tomatoes, taco seasoning and green chilesOnce chicken is cooked put sauce on top of chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. Flip chicken at least once and keep pouring sauce on chicken.Before serving add cheese….I like a lot.Take onion and fry w/pinch of salt. Serve on top after you add cheese.
